Catalogue products have no sample fee. Custom sample development normally takes about five days and carries a customisation fee, subject to the brief. Confirm sample shipping separately.

Customisable products & finishes
Start with an existing catalogue model and specify the colour, finish, height assortment and set contents you want to change. Provide a reference image, colour target or artwork for each request. Branding and packaging can then be reviewed against the selected product and order quantity.
New shapes, altered dimensions, different lighting effects or control functions require a separate feasibility review. New development may involve tooling, additional sample work and a different schedule. Confirm the agreed changes on the sample and final specification.
Retail packaging & carton packing
Choose an individual box, multi-pack or coordinated gift-set brief. List the exact references and pieces inside each sales unit, your artwork, packaging language, barcode requirements and destination market. State whether the order quantity means pieces or complete sets.
Batteries are not included with any products. Most battery-operated models use AA or AAA batteries; the exact type and number depend on the model. Ask about the power system for solar models separately. Remote control is optional where available; specify your requirements.

Confirm the fee, development scope and delivery schedule before commissioning the sample.
What can be customised?
For selected products, we can review colour, finish, size assortment, set contents, branding and retail packaging. Supply exact model references and colour or artwork targets. Changes to dimensions, flame effects, controls or a new shape require a feasibility review; not every change is available on every model. New designs may involve tooling and additional approvals.
What packaging can I request?
Discuss individual boxes, multi-packs or coordinated gift sets. Specify the models and pieces per pack, artwork, packaging language, barcode requirements and destination market. Confirm protective packing, outer-carton quantity and dimensions with the quotation. Batteries are not included, and the packaging brief should include that notice.
What is the production lead time?

The final schedule depends on the selected products, quantities and customisation; provide your required arrival date and destination for confirmation.
Which product series can I start with?
Start with 50, 65 or 75 mm pillars, slim moving-flame pillars, tapers, classic or clear tealights, shaped candles and decorative lanterns. Select exact references from each collection. Private-label feasibility, quantities and packaging are reviewed for those references rather than assumed across the whole collection.
Can I develop a new LED candle design?
Send a drawing or design brief with dimensions, finish, lighting requirements, target quantity and destination market. Feasibility, tooling, sample charges and approval stages must be reviewed before commissioning development. A new design may need a different schedule from the usual custom-sample estimate.
What do you need for a private-label quotation?
Send your company and contact details, target market, model references, dimensions, quantities per model, customisation brief, pack contents and artwork. State whether quantities mean pieces or complete sets. Include sample requirements, sample delivery destination, final delivery destination and required arrival date.
